VENUE ACCESS & PARKING: Venue access to Hall 1, plus Change room and rehearsal space access – 1 hour prior to show time daily.

The EY Centre offers over 1800 ground level parking spaces on-site, plus ample space for over sized vehicles. Paid parking.

• 4-Day Full Competition Passes with in/out privileges
• Single-Day Passes with In/Out privileges
• These passes can be collected and paid for in the front administration office of the EY Centre (located off the North side lobby in front of Hall 4)

FOOD & DRINK: There is a snack bar and concessions located within the venue for your convenience.

PROPS: We cannot guarantee that storage space will be provided for props. Please be prepared to load props in and out daily if needed. Stage door access will be provided for one teacher rep ONLY 1 hour prior to show times for prop arrival.

MUSIC:

• You can submit your music directly through your Computition account.
• Studio owners only: Please sign-in to your Computition dashboard where you will see the option to Upload Music Files.
• Accepted Music Formats:.wav, .mp3, .m4a, or .mp4
• Non Compatible Media Formats: .mov and .qt (QuickTime music files)

BACKUP MUSIC

• We ask that all Studio Directors have backup copies on hand at the event.
• A USB, iPod, iPad, laptop or cellphone can be used for backup music ONLY.
• Provide Adapters (if needed).

NOTE: Teachers are responsible to play backup music. We ask that teachers are present at the music table to give any special cues. We cannot guarantee that a pitch control change can be precisely made. It is best to pre-pitch all music to avoid technical issues.

HOSTING HOTEL:

There is no host hotel for this event.

GUIDELINES FOR CHANGE ROOMS AND REHEARSAL SPACE:

• Parents are not permitted in rehearsal room or backstage.

PROGRAMS/STREAMING:

• Show programs will be available for purchase at the merchandise booth in the main lobby.
• Electronic programs will not be available.
• The entire event will be live streamed from our website homepage for grandparents, extended family, friends, neighbours, etc. to enjoy the show from the comfort of their home (should they choose to do so). Note: awards presentations will also be streamed.
