FOOD & DRINK: Restaurant located in hotel lobby. Food kiosks will be provided daily during the event.
PROPS: Teachers please be prepared to load props in and out daily. We can not guarantee that you will be able to store ANY props over night at the hotel. There is no additional storage space provided and for the safety of the performers we can not have props sitting in the backstage area. Stage door access will be provided for teachers ONLY 1.5 hours prior to show times for prop arrival.
MUSIC: Music is to be handed in to Be Dance staff no less than an hour prior to show time on the first day of competition. Your music MUST be on a USB key (properly labelled with studio name). All songs must be properly titled and in alphabetical order. Please be sure to have IPod or CD on hand for back up use if needed. NOTE: Be Dance competition no longer runs any events off of CD player. The CD player is only available for back up use in which case the teacher MUST play the music themselves. Be Dance is not responsible for any music that skips during a performance or if the wrong edited version is played.

All guests of BE DANCE are encouraged to call Delta Guelph’s Reservations Department at the above number. Guests must identify themselves as being with BE DANCE. Group rates with the Be Dance Room block are available on a first come first serve basis.
